Kirsty Allan, PhD candidate
Kirsty is a psychologist, certified HSP coach and researcher focussed on the wellbeing and subtle sensory talents of sensitive people. Blending frontier science, art and philosophy she has authored a self-help book: IF guiding readers to transform anxiety into creative will, and, is the founding member of The IF Crowd - a club for aspirational people wishing to leverage their intuitive and creative talents. She actively researches and presents findings at global academic conferences. Her projects explore 'traits and states' - the multi-faceted trait of sensitivity and the states of consciousness involved in those higher capacities e.g., imagination, precognition and healing. Her mission is to hold space for sensitive people to uncover and step into their natural 'sensitive magic'. At the retreat she will guide you to experience your authentic power.

Karen Mellers
Emotional Resilience Coach, Wellness Retreat Host, Nutritional Therapist and Circle Leader. My youngest child is a beautiful, highly sensitive person and my biggest teacher. It has been my honour supporting her to navigate a world that does not provide what she needs. Through her 21 years she has been on a journey of discovering who she is and it has been a joy to watch her confidence grow as she connected to her true nature and her unique expression of life. I am in service to whatever is needed to help this retreat open up a space for people to connect, belong, thrive and bring about a much needed change to this world.

Sylvia Hunt is a mind-body therapist and personal development coach. She is a certified mindfulness teacher and a Mindfulness Based Clinical Hypno-psychotherapist and, an advanced Pilates instructor. With a strong background in the arts as a writer, performer and maker of puppetry, Sylvia will guide you on inner-world exploration through stories, characters and adventures to focus your direction and drive, by connecting both on an imaginative and sensory level.

Michael Jawer is a Washington, DC-based writer, speaker and researcher. His expertise is the nexus of personality development, body/mind, emotion, and spirituality. His website is MichaelJawer.com. Visionary artist, folklorist and renaissance musician, Edward ‘Eddie’ guides sensitive seekers on exploring the imaginal realm and bridging their inner and outer worlds together in introspective and creative ways. Edward paints the world as beautifully as possible, for he sees it as beautiful and divine. His artwork is the art of the sublime. His unique visionary style of artwork is highly regarded throughout the world. He is acclaimed for his technical and soulful mastery of oil paint and pencil drawings. On the retreat, guests will be guided to experience that the act of drawing is one of manifestation and supports your intuition, intellectual imagination, and personal insight.

Immodesty Blaize
Kelly has been working with the body for 20 years on the international stage as performer, author and speaker Immodesty Blaize. Off stage, her therapeutic work is underpinned by professional trainings including clinical EFT, Gabor Mate's CI approach, eating psychology, and embodied meditation. Kelly evolved her Body Compassion approach to help people in the realm of transforming and healing their relationship with their body; to live in it with less judgment, more trust, agency and confidence. For those with naturally thin boundaries of Self, understanding and appreciating their bodies - and emotions - as having implicit boundaries, invites a return to the body as a beautiful home.

Jules De Vitto
Jules De Vitto has a BSc in Psychology, MA in Education and MSc in Transpersonal Psychology, Consciousness and Spirituality and is an accredited transpersonal coach, trainer and experienced educator. She is the founder of the Highly Sensitive Human Academy - a central hub that offers courses, coaching, articles and a podcast for Highly Sensitive People. She is a leading expert in the field of high sensitivity and helps those who identify with the traits to navigate emotional overwhelm, step into their authentic power and align with their true purpose in life.
She is a published author - Navigating Loss in a time of Crisis. Her research has also been published in the Transpersonal Coaching Psychology Journal and Journal of Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology. Her writing has been featured in SAND and Highly Sensitive Refuge and she has been invited to speak on the Sensitive SEO Podcast, Quiet and Strong Podcast and the Healthy Sensitive Podcast.

Holding Space
Catherine Asta
Catherine Asta is the creator of spaces where stories can be heard. An integrative Psychotherapist, she has spent over a decade supporting thousands of women to reconnect with themselves - through healing, transition, and self-discovery.
Her work blends therapeutic and evidence based psychological insight, with intuitive nature rooted wisdom and grounding somatic practice. She collaborates widely as a trainer, consultant, and speaker. Catherine is also the founder and host of The Late Discovered Club, a global podcast and community amplifying the voices of late discovered autistic women and an author of books on healing and transformation including Rediscovered (JKP, 2025). At the retreat, Catherine will offer a grounding, supportive presence for both guests and the team, holding space with compassion, depth, and care.

Expert on Highly Sensitive Men
William Allen
William Allen is the author of Confessions of a Sensitive Man and On Being a Sensitive Man. He leads with insights drawn from his extensive work as an advocate for HSP men. He is a certified hypnotist and brain training coach, author and advocate for HSP Men. He believes that male sensitivity is not so rare, but it can be confounding for most males living in a culture of masculine insensitivity which teaches boys and men to disconnect from their feelings and emotions. As a highly sensitive individual himself, William combines personal experience, professional expertise, and engaging storytelling to create a transformative learning experience. William offers a course on Highly Sensitive Men through the Highly Sensitive Human Acadamy and will be offered to retreat participants at a discounted price.

Expert Speaker
Katie Mottram
Katie Mottram has over 25 years’ experience in the mental health field and is passionate about bridging Western mental health paradigms with spirituality. A founding director of the International Spiritual Emergence Network (ISEN), she advocates for reframing mental health crises as potential opportunities for transformation. In 2017, Katie launched the global 'Emerging Proud' campaign to amplify stories of personal growth through crisis, inspired by her own journey through suicidality and awakening. Her 2024 heuristic research, Is There Meaning in Madness?, explores integrating transpersonal, transcultural approaches into mainstream care to reduce pathologisation and promote holistic healing. Katie consults for the UK charity Imroc, and is currently producing a documentary through The ELEPHANT Collective, which she co-founded with Sameer. She’s also part of the Community Research Team for an NIHR study exploring the Soteria model as an alternative to psychiatric inpatient care in the UK.

Film Maker & Speaker
Sameer Patel
Sameer is a filmmaker and the co-founder of the Kundalini Collective, an organisation established in 2018 to support individuals navigating spiritual awakenings. His own transformative ‘Kundalini awakening’ in 2006 profoundly reshaped his life, inspiring a deep exploration of spiritual and shamanic traditions across the globe.
An Economics graduate from the London School of Economics, Sameer began his career in the City before transitioning into film finance. However, his spiritual journey catalysed a shift toward a creative path. As a filmmaker, his works have been acquired by Sony and Sky Arts and showcased at prestigious festivals such as Palm Springs.
Recently, Sameer produced a British-Iranian feature adaptation of Rainer Werner Fassbinder's The Bitter Tears of Petra von Kant, reimagined as The Bitter Tears of Zahra Zand. He is now developing The Elephant, a documentary exploring ‘Non-Ordinary Transformative Experiences’ and their profound implications.
